TuscanSunInteriors.com is not required to collect sales tax.  This represents an additional savings for most customers!

YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS SECURE

Your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through our secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.  Credit card #s are not seen in their entirely by Tuscan Sun Interiors, so you can be sure that we never save or use them.

Confidential information, such as your credit card number, is used only to fulfill your order.  To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you place an order, fill out a survey, or sign up for information, we ask for your name, address telephone number, e-mail address etc.

Your personal information is used solely for verifying your identity and for processing your order. We do not share, rent or barter any personal information.  We will not disclose any personal information unless required by law to do so.

TuscanSunInteriors.com does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

SHIPPING

Most of our products ship within 1-4 week's of your order being placed, depending upon where item(s) are sourced and warehoused.  We will provide regular updates on your shipping status and expected delivery date.

We ship most products via FedEx Ground or UPS.  Our shipping rate is a flat rate of $15.00 per order for orders under $100; free for orders above $100.

At this time, Tuscan Sun Interiors.com ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States.  We are unable to ship to international locations. 

RETURNS

We hope that you will be pleased with each and every purchase from TuscanSunInteriors.com, but if not, we will gladly refund the purchase price of any item that you purchased at full price if notified within 7 days of receipt.  If you purchase an item at a sale price and choose to return that item within 7 days of receipt, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  We do not refund shipping costs or pay for shipping of returned items.

Each item is carefully checked before we package, box and ship the item.  We do not ship defective merchandise.  If, however, there is the rare instance when an item is damaged in transit, we will gladly replace the item and pay for the shipping to return it to us so we can return it to the manufacturer.  Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify us immediately for damage claims.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
